The residences were built in 1993 (renovated in 2024) and are in a very convenient and quiet location, just a few minutes' walk from the old town of Ascona with its beautiful piazza. The Parco dei Poeti with its relaxing atmosphere is just a few steps away.

All 3.5-room apartments have beautiful terraces - one facing west and one facing east, ensuring year-round sunshine.
The 2.5-room apartments have a large south-facing terrace. Private gardens of various sizes are attached to the first floor apartments. These are south-west facing and allow perfect sunlight.
All apartments are equipped with a combined washing machine and tumble dryer.
Garages are available, which connect the underground entrance to the individual houses and apartments. There are four additional uncovered parking spaces outside the building.
